Order Processing Time Most of our products are made-to-order with care and craftsmanship. Please allow 2-5 business daysfor processing and production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times & Rates We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
Customs & Import Taxes For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Address Errors Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will reach out to you for an updated address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
